How to frank mail

Send returns for free or at a discounted rate
In most cases, the online retailer will send a shipping label with your order. There are three options:
- Business reply label (GAS): you can return the parcel free of charge and have it collected free of charge
- The consignment code begins with “99.01…”: you can return the parcel at a discounted rate and have it collected free of charge.
- If the trader has integrated pick@home, you can handle the return shipment directly in the shop
