• If your application matches the profile we’re looking for, we’ll let you know about the next stages in the process.
• If we’re unable to consider your application, you’ll receive a written rejection letter.

During the selection procedure, we’ll conduct a first and (depending on the position) second interview in person. To ensure a vacancy is filled with the best candidate and to obtain a full picture of applicants, we may take further steps, depending on the job profile. These may include video interviews, test procedures, taster days, case studies or assessment centers.

After a thorough assessment of candidates, we’ll inform you verbally whether or not you’ve been offered the job.
