Service and features
The declaration of bulk mailings no later than three working days before delivery makes it easier for Swiss Post to plan resources. You enter the corresponding data just once, as it can be transferred to the dispatch list when preparing shipments.
We would like to be given advance notice for the following consignment quantities. Advance notice must always be given for OnTime Mail consignments.

Advance notice, i.e. at least three working days before the planned day of posting, must always be given for large PromoPost orders in PromoPost Manager.
