Are you a business customer with a billing relationship and would you like to save yourself a trip to an acceptance point? On request, Swiss Post can collect all your postal items (letters, parcels, express and international consignments) from your address, on a regular basis or as needed.

Have postal items collected as needed

Create a collection order conveniently online and send it to Swiss Post. Order the collection of bulk letter or parcel mailings on a date of your choice. If needed, you can select a collection on the same day and enter the preferred time slot.

Have postal items collected regularly

Here’s how it works

  1. You contractually agree a half-hour time slot (daily, several times a week on defined days but at least once a week) or a collection on the delivery round
  2. You prepare your consignments:
    • a. Frank parcels with a consignment barcode
    • b. Frank or prepare letters with a dispatch list
  3. Swiss Post collects your consignments at the agreed time
