11:00 – 14:45: Due to a technical disruption on part of the IncaMail server, problems occurred with the following IncaMail services:
  • Messages could not be sent. The sender received an error message.
  • Registering and activating new accounts did not work. These processes worked again after the disruption.
  • Key links for reading messages have not been sent. After clicking the “Read” button in the original message, the links were sent correctly again.
  • There were no security issues or data losses.
