Submissions to debt collection and bankruptcy offices made easy

Previously a special platform from the Confederation had to be used for such submissions. Now citizens and companies can make their submissions to debt collection and bankruptcy offices directly with IncaMail from Outlook, business software or via the web (www.incamail.com). The only requirement is that the submission must be accompanied by a qualified electronic signature.

Quality seal from the Federal Office of Justice

IncaMail meets the highest security requirements and is therefore recognized by the Federal Office of Justice as a secure delivery platform. This quality seal is required to make electronic submissions to debt collection and bankruptcy offices. It guarantees that the sensitive information which the sender delivers to the recipient is protected and encrypted.
