Sending electronic registered mail now even easier

IncaMail offers the option of sending registered e-mails. The advantage: the sender has proof that an e-mail has been delivered. Now it is even easier to send registered e-mails. Upon first receipt, the recipient registers once with IncaMail, after which he or she can immediately accept or refuse the registered e-mail. This enables the sender to send electronic registered mail with IncaMail to any e-mail address.

Previously, recipients had to register in advance with IncaMail, verify their postal address and sign a declaration of consent to receive IncaMail registered mail. This procedure meant that it was not possible to reach every recipient.

IncaMail can be used for communication with Swiss authorities and complies with the relevant legislation. The registered mail option is available for IncaMail customers with a business contract or a premium account.
