The new terms and conditions apply from 25 May 2018 and will provide IncaMail users with more transparency. These are the three most important changes:

  • IncaMail customers’ contact details will no longer be used by Swiss Post for its own market research, consulting and advertising purposes in direct connection with the IncaMail service. If Swiss Post wishes to collect and process personal data for advertising purposes, it will obtain the consent of the customer in advance.
  • There is a more detailed definition of liability in the case of blocked access to IncaMail for reasons for which the customer is not responsible.
  • There is an explicit specification of the exclusion or limitation of liability for personal injury, fraud, damages for death or fraudulent misrepresentation etc.
