Changes in the IncaMail support team
As of 1 January 2017, IncaMail has switched from the subsidiary Swiss Post Solutions to the “Development and Innovation” unit of Swiss Post. IncaMail is concerned about continuing to optimise the service and adapting it to the needs of the customers. The IncaMail support team has therefore been reorganised and will also be available outside of office hours from 12 June 2017. For customers in Germany their own new IncaMail support team is being provided.

The availability of the previous e-mail address of the support team is ensured until the end of the year. Callers who ring the old support team number (0848 77 66 55) will be referred to the new support team number from 12 June 2017.
